Organs
By: Kristy Barajas
We have a lot of organs in our body. Some are your organs are lungs, heart, liver, stomach, esophagus, and lots more but i’m not going to name all of them. You may think that these are just organs and that they are part of your body, but each of these organs are a very important part of your body. For example, the heart plays are very important role in your body because it pumps blood throughout your body and i think blood is important in your body! When your heart pumps blood it carries very important materials and it helps the body work and it removes the nasty waste in our blood that we do not need in our system. As you can see your heart has a very important role. Now you may wonder what about your other organs in your body and what role they have but i'm sure you can go to the library and read all you want. Anyway, organs are not all that you have in your body. For example, tissues also build your body and i’m not talking about the ones you blow your nose with. These tissues consist of specialized cells. There are four types of tissues in you body one is epithelial, connective, nervous, and muscle. Epithelial protects your body from bacteria, moisture loss, and internal injury. Connective tissues builds your body and it holds your body parts together and supports your body. Nervous tissues forms you nervous system and that system is responsible for coordinating the activities and movements in your body. Muscle tissues come in three types cardiac, smooth, and skeletal. Muscle tissues are made up of muscle fibers. Cardiac muscle is found in the heart, smooth muscle lines walls of blood vessels and certain organs such as the digestive and urogential tracts. As you know all the organs in your body have an important role and if one very important organ stops working then it can affect your whole body. If one of your veins don’t get blood it can be bad because blood is kind of nourishing to your body and thats very bads. All in all your body’s organs are very important.
