Animal Cells and Plant Cells
By: Kristy Barajas
Animal and plant cells have a lot of similarities and differences. For example, animal cells don’t have a cell wall or chloroplast but plant cells do. Also, they have different shapes animal cells are round and and weird but plant cells have a rectangular shape. You may have questions, like what is chloroplast? Chloroplast is a plastid that contains chlorophyll and in which photosynthesis takes place. Animal cells don’t have this because animals don’t get energy from the sun for their body. Animals get energy by eating because its an organism and plants aren't. Plants get energy by water, soil, and the sun if their is no sun then photosynthesis doesn't happen and they don’t so everything grows differently than other things.
